The 500 Brickell complex features two 426-foot-tall condominium towers connected by a shared base and white roof with a circular opening.
Construction of the towers began in April 2005 under the Related Group of Florida and Portofino Group, reaching completion in 2008.
The towers showcase contemporary Miami architecture through their connected design, reflecting the transformation of Brickell into a residential neighborhood.
The complex contains 633 units across 42 floors, offering one to three-bedroom configurations with Italian cabinetry and granite countertops.
The buildings share a 10-story podium with a courtyard illuminated through a circular opening in the connecting roof structure.
