Brickell on the River is a two-tower condominium complex on the south bank of the Miami River in Downtown Miami, made up of a 42-story North Tower at 31 SE 5th Street and a 46-story South Tower at 41 SE 5th Street. The towers rise 423 feet (129 m) and 482 feet (147 m) respectively, with a central plaza between them holding a restaurant and a riverfront promenade. The North Tower has 390 units of 757–1,512 sq ft; the South Tower has 319 units of 952–1,510 sq ft.

Brickell on the River was built in two phases: work on the North Tower began in December 2003 and took 31 months, while the South Tower started in 2004 and opened in December 2007. The complex was designed by the firm Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa & Associates Architects.

The complex's name comes from Brickell Avenue and its position on the Miami River's southern bank. The central plaza between the towers holds a restaurant and a riverfront promenade, and the Fifth Street Metromover station stands beside the North Tower.
