Brickell Heights is a pair of twin residential towers in Miami's Brickell neighborhood, designed by Arquitectonica, with 690 units and a ground-floor Equinox gym. The towers stand beside the 1980s Brickell Bayview Center office building, and SLS Lux rises across Miami Avenue to the east.

The building was completed in 2016 by the architectural firm Arquitectonica as part of Miami's urban growth. Its construction coincided with the city's economic recovery following the post-recession period.

The name Brickell Heights replaced the earlier Premiere Towers, announced during the 2000s building boom and cancelled in the Great Recession before Related revived it in October 2013. The twin towers share a ground-floor Equinox gym, and a third tower, SLS Lux, stands across Miami Avenue to the east.

The tower sits near major transportation hubs in downtown Miami. The building is primarily residential, so visitors should respect building access policies and planned visiting times.

The site was first announced in the 2000s building boom as The Premiere Towers, then cancelled for financial reasons during the Great Recession. Related re-announced the project in October 2013 as Brickell Heights, and ground was broken in 2014 after SLS Brickell. The two towers hold 690 units above a ground-floor Equinox gym.
