SLS Brickell

SLS Brickell is a 52-story mixed-use tower on South Miami Avenue housing 450 residential units and 133 hotel rooms in distinct sections. The building features multiple restaurants, a 6,000-square-foot ballroom, a 200-foot heated pool, and a direct connection to Mary Brickell Village.

Construction began in 2014 by The Related Group with units sold before groundbreaking, and the tower was completed in 2016. This project marked a turning point for Brickell as a contemporary residential destination.
