SLS Brickell is a high-rise at 1300 South Miami Avenue in Brickell, Miami, combining 450 condominium units with a 133-room hotel. It stands next to the Infinity at Brickell and replaces that project's second phase. At night its pale facade shows stacked horizontal balcony bands, with blue lights in horizontal rows and a diagonal grid across the upper floors.

Construction began in 2014 by The Related Group with units sold before groundbreaking, and the tower was completed in 2016. This project marked a turning point for Brickell as a contemporary residential destination.

The tower carries the SLS hotel brand, and a second SLS-branded building, SLS Lux, stands a few blocks north on the same avenue. The complex pairs 133 hotel rooms with 450 condominium units, so hotel guests and residents share the address at 1300 South Miami Avenue.

The building is easily accessible from South Miami Avenue with straightforward entry to the connected Mary Brickell Village and public transit nearby. Keep in mind that hotel and restaurant areas welcome visitors, but residential floors are restricted to occupants and guests.

The tower was designed by architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by renowned designer Philippe Starck, creating spaces that balance function with visual appeal. This collaboration between two celebrated designers sets the building apart from typical high-rises.
