Brickell House is a 46-floor condominium tower at 1330 Brickell Bay Drive in Miami's Brickell Financial District. Completed in 2014, it rises about 500 feet and holds 374 units, from 400 sq ft studios to 1,438 sq ft three-bedroom units and 1,775 sq ft penthouses. The ground level has retail and restaurant space; the architect is Sieger Suarez and the interior designer Yabu Pushelberg.

Proposed in 2011, Brickell House began construction in spring 2012, one of the first condominium projects to proceed in Miami after the 2007 housing bust and late 2000s recession. The $170 million tower opened in 2014. Its financing required at least 70% of units presold before construction, a model common in Latin America.

The tower's name comes from its Brickell neighbourhood, Miami's financial district, where it stands at 1330 Brickell Bay Drive. Its ground level holds retail and restaurant space, and the 374 units were sold from 400 sq ft studios to 1,775 sq ft penthouses. Interiors were designed by Yabu Pushelberg and the building was designed by architect Sieger Suarez.

The building sits adjacent to the Financial District Metromover station, making public transportation easily accessible from the location. Ground-level retail spaces provide shopping and dining options without leaving the building.

The building features an automated robotic parking system that experienced technical issues in 2015 and underwent modifications. This experimental approach to parking management represented an early adoption of such technology in the Miami market.
