Founded in 1990 as an extension of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Fort Lauderdale, this congregation received official Metropolitan Community Church charter in 1992.
The church incorporates twelve stained glass windows created by McMow Art Glass that represent inclusivity through rainbow colors and religious symbolism.
