Vue at Brickell

Vue at Brickell is a residential tower in the Brickell district with 37 floors and around 300 units, each featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. The building also includes a fitness center, swimming pool, and direct access to the shops and restaurants of Mary Brickell Village.

Construction began in 2001 and the building was completed in 2004 as part of Miami's expansion into the central areas. Its development marked growing investment in the Brickell district as a residential center for the city.

The ground floor hosts shops and restaurants that blend residential living with everyday commerce in the neighborhood. This mix of uses creates a more connected community where people encounter different activities throughout the day.
