Latitude on the River

Latitude on the River is a 44-story residential tower in Brickells that rises 476 feet (145 meters) and contains 452 housing units with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Miami River. The tower combines living space with extensive shared facilities spread across multiple levels.

Construction began in 2004 and the building opened in 2007, marking a time when Miami's riverfront shifted from industrial use to residential neighborhoods. The tower's completion was part of this larger transformation that reshaped the waterfront.

The building reflects modern Miami living, with spaces designed for meditation and riverside entertainment that show how the city has grown as a residential destination.

Access is controlled with security personnel maintaining a secure environment. Visitors should expect that shared facilities are well-equipped but are reserved for residents only.

The building includes separate saunas for men and women, plus a dedicated Tai Chi lawn that opens toward the Miami River. This blend of wellness spaces and outdoor areas is uncommon in urban residential buildings.
