New World Tower

New World Tower is a 357-foot tall structure with 30 floors of office space and ground-level commercial areas along Biscayne Boulevard. The building features a vertical arrangement with seven elevators connecting all levels and an adjacent parking garage for daily operations.

Construction began in October 1963 under developer Jose Ferré and was completed in 1965 by the architectural firm Rader and Associates. The building arrived during Miami's rapid expansion period when the downtown area was undergoing major modernization.

The building represents the 1960s architectural movement in Miami, when the city experienced substantial growth and urban development in its business district.

The building offers convenient access with seven elevators serving all levels throughout the structure. An adjacent twelve-story parking garage provides ample vehicle storage for visitors and tenants.

The middle floors house a data center facility, showing how the building has adapted to contemporary technological needs. This conversion of traditional office space demonstrates how older structures continue to serve modern purposes.
