Marinablue

Marinablue is a 187-meter-tall residential tower in Downtown Miami with 57 floors containing 516 units. The building features floor-to-ceiling glass windows that frame views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Construction began in 2004 and was completed in 2007, marking an early project in the Park West neighborhood's residential boom. This tower helped pioneer the waterfront district's transition into a residential destination.

The tower's sleek glass facade reflects Miami's turn toward contemporary design in the early 2000s. Its presence helped shape the visual identity of the waterfront district that visitors see today.

The building is accessible via multiple elevators for easy movement between floors, and apartments vary in size and layout. Visitors can explore the lobby area and enjoy the exterior views and pool areas best on clear days.

Every single residential unit was oriented specifically to capture direct water views rather than looking toward the city. This deliberate design choice set the building apart when it first opened.
