Marquis Residences

Marquis Residences is a 63-story residential tower rising about 207 meters high in downtown Miami with views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The lower levels contain a 129-room hotel, parking facilities, and a spa, while apartments begin on the 15th floor.

Designed by architecture firm Arquitectonica and completed in 2009, the tower marked a turning point in downtown residential development. It quickly became one of the tallest structures in the city and helped define Miami's modern skyline.

The building provides multiple dining spaces where residents and visitors gather: an indoor restaurant, an outdoor veranda, and a large plaza that connects to Biscayne Boulevard. These areas serve as central meeting points that reflect how people experience downtown Miami life.

The building is prominently visible from the water and easily accessible from downtown. Keep in mind that this is a private residential building, though some public areas like the spa and dining spaces may be available to guests.

Each apartment has its own private elevator that takes residents directly to their unit, offering an extra level of privacy. Floor plans range from about 1,477 to over 8,000 square feet, showcasing the varied living styles the building provides.
