Marquis Residences is a 67-floor skyscraper on Biscayne Boulevard in northeastern Downtown Miami, between Northeast 11th and 12th Streets and across from Museum Park. It was topped out in March 2008 and stands 702 feet (214 metres) tall. Levels 1–3 hold retail and hotel space, floors 5–14 hold parking, hotel units and amenities, and floors 15–64 contain residences, with penthouses on the 64th level extending through floors 65–67.

Marquis Miami was built over four years and completed in 2009, with its structure topped out in March 2008. Arquitectonica designed the tower, whose most floors have balconies. It stands at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard as the fifth-tallest building in Miami and in Florida, behind the Panorama Tower, Four Seasons Hotel Miami, Southeast Financial Center and One Thousand Museum.
