Aria on the Bay

Aria on the Bay is a residential skyscraper in the Arts and Entertainment District with 648 units spread across 53 floors, offering views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park. The building provides commercial spaces, two swimming pools, a fitness center, spa facilities, entertainment rooms, and dedicated areas for children.

The design process began with regulatory requirements for building height in 2015, initially set at 460 feet by authorities. The project was later approved and completed at a final height of 535 feet.

The interior spaces take inspiration from European opera houses, using refined materials and design throughout the residential areas. This approach creates an elegant setting that sets the building apart from typical residential developments.

The building features multiple amenities including two swimming pools and modern fitness facilities that are easily accessible to residents and visitors. The spa facilities and specialized entertainment areas make it a versatile location for various activities.

The architecture reflects the musical meaning of its name, with the building's vertical form embodying a refined elegance reminiscent of a musical instrument. This design makes it a distinctive presence in Miami's skyline.
