Development of this tower began in 2014 under Two Roads Development and GTIS Partners, with completion arriving in 2017. The project represented significant residential growth in the East Edgewater area during Miami's real estate expansion period.
The interior spaces incorporate natural elements and Miami design elements through collaborations with designer Thom Filicia and local artists.
