Biscayne Beach is a 52-story residential tower in East Edgewater containing 399 units, positioned along the waterfront with direct bay access. The building features floor-to-ceiling glass windows throughout and includes a members-only beach club with recreational facilities for residents.

Biscayne Beach was developed by Two Roads Development and GTIS Partners and completed in 2017, rising 550 feet (168 m) over 52 floors in Edgewater. In 2021 a combined penthouse of more than 20,000 sq ft sold there, reported as the largest condo sale by square footage in Miami-Dade County.

Biscayne Beach takes its name from the bay it faces, and its members-only beach club gives residents a private waterfront space on Biscayne Bay. The tower's 52 floors and 399 units made it one of the tallest residential buildings in Edgewater when it opened in 2017.
