Icon Bay is a residential high-rise in Edgewater, Miami, with about 300 one-, two- and three-bedroom units over 42 floors. Each unit has two or three frontages for cross-ventilation, and the balconies form a zig-zag pattern that brings more light into the apartments.

Icon Bay was approved by the City of Miami in exchange for using the city-owned street end where it meets Biscayne Bay, and the approved design included a small public park as compensation. In 2016 the building placed sixth in the Emporis best new skyscraper annual awards.

The building's name refers to Biscayne Bay, which the tower faces at the end of a city-owned street. As part of the approved design, the developer set aside a small public park where that street meets the water, giving residents and passers-by a shared open space.
