Melody is a residential high-rise completed in May 2016 in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District. It rises about 467 feet (142 m) over 36 floors and holds nearly 500 rental units, standing roughly one block from the Adrienne Arsht Center/Omni Metromover and Metrobus hub.

Melo Group started construction in June 2014 and finished this residential tower in May 2016 as part of Miami's urban development. The project was part of a broader modernization of the entertainment district.

The building sits next to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, linking residential spaces with Miami's cultural and entertainment scene. Its location places it within the city's vibrant arts district.
