Melo Group started construction in June 2014 and finished this residential tower in May 2016 as part of Miami's urban development. The project was part of a broader modernization of the entertainment district.
The building sits next to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, linking residential spaces with Miami's cultural and entertainment scene. Its location places it within the city's vibrant arts district.
