1800 Club

The 1800 Club is a residential high-rise in Edgewater with 40 floors rising approximately 129 meters (423 feet). The structure combines retail spaces on lower levels with residential units above and offers views toward Biscayne Bay.

Construction began in 2003 following designs by the architectural firm Bermello, Ajamil and Partners and was completed in 2007. The project marked a shift in the neighborhood's development toward contemporary residential architecture.

The building sits in an area where residents can walk to cultural events and performances at nearby arts venues. This proximity to cultural institutions shapes the daily life of people living here.

Access to Biscayne Bay and nearby shops is available via North Bayshore Drive, making navigation straightforward. Visitors should note that lower levels focus on retail and services while upper floors are private residential areas.
