The 1800 Club was completed in 2007, rising 423 feet (129 m) with 40 floors on the corner of North Bayshore Drive and Northeast 18th Street. Its exterior design earned the SARA Design Award in 2002, before the tower opened. Floors 1 to 5 were set aside for retail, with condominiums and apartments on floors 6 to 40.

The name 1800 Club comes from the building's address at 1800 North Bayshore Drive, at the corner of Northeast 18th Street. Its lower five floors hold retail space, while the upper floors are private condominiums, so the street-level shops are the part most passers-by encounter.

Access to Biscayne Bay and nearby shops is available via North Bayshore Drive, making navigation straightforward. Visitors should note that lower levels focus on retail and services while upper floors are private residential areas.

The SARA Design Award in 2002 honoured the tower's exterior before it was built; the building opened in 2007. Its five lowest floors are retail, with condominiums and apartments on floors 6 to 40, and it stands east of Biscayne Boulevard facing Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay.
