Lakeview Terrace is a 19-story residential tower located near Lake Erie in Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood. The complex houses hundreds of families and individuals within its substantial framework.

The structure was built in 1973 during a period when Cleveland was investing in new residential housing developments. It represents an approach to urban housing common in that era.

The complex was commissioned in 1935 by Ernest J. Bohn, first director of the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, and included a community center meant to involve residents in neighborhood safety and education. The tower takes its name from its view over Lake Erie to the north. In 2015 the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association gave Lakeview Tower its Silver Award for promoting safe, professional standards.
