Putrajaya Botanical Garden

Putrajaya Botanical Garden is a botanical garden in Putrajaya, Malaysia, organized into 13 thematic sections including a Fern Garden, Sun Garden, and Palm Hill. Each area focuses on different plant types and garden styles arranged across the site.

The garden opened in 2003 as part of the development of Malaysia's administrative capital. Its creation followed a larger planning initiative to shape Putrajaya.

The Moroccan Pavilion showcases Islamic architecture and North African garden design, with traditional elements that reflect international cultural influences within the space.

Visitors can walk through the grounds or rent bicycles to move between the different sections more easily. Paddle boats are also available if you want to see parts of the garden from the water.

The garden received recognition at a major international flower show in 2008. This award reflects the quality of its tropical plant collections and design.
