Putrajaya Botanical Garden covers 93 hectares in Presint 1, Putrajaya, and is divided into five sections: Explorer's Trail, Palm Hill, Floral Gardens, Sun Garden and Lakeside. It holds more than 700 plant species from different continents, and a restaurant, car parks, bicycle rental and paddle boat rental are on site.

Putrajaya Botanical Garden opened on 31 August 2001, spanning 93 hectares in Presint 1. It was laid out as part of the creation of Putrajaya, Malaysia's administrative capital, and is divided into five sections: Explorer's Trail, Palm Hill, Floral Gardens, Sun Garden and Lakeside.

The garden holds more than 700 plant species from different continents and is laid out in 13 themed gardens. It also serves as a conservation area and a centre for learning and research on Malaysia's plant heritage, and it was named one of the 40 most beautiful gardens in Asia.

Visitors can walk through the grounds or rent bicycles to move between the different sections more easily. Paddle boats are also available if you want to see parts of the garden from the water.
