The bridge incorporates Roman architectural elements with precast stone balusters and decorative towers, reflecting Malaysia's approach to modern urban design.
The structure connects Heritage Square to Putrajaya Convention Centre, serving as the main southern entrance to Core Island for both vehicles and pedestrians.
The bridge features specialized lighting systems that create reflections on the water surface, making it a preferred location for photography during evening hours.
