The tower design includes a vertical bullet train system capable of reaching speeds of 120 mph, reflecting Dubai's interest in advanced transportation solutions.

The location sits in Dubai's main development zone near other large construction projects. Since the building was never constructed, there is no on-site access for visitors.

The project included plans for an innovative vertical high-speed rail system designed specifically for rapid movement within the structure. This transportation feature would have reached speeds around 120 kilometers per hour.
