The museum opens daily from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, except Fridays when it operates from 2:30 PM, with entrance fees of 3 AED for adults.
The underground section presents archaeological findings from excavations dating back 4,000 years, revealing trade connections with ancient civilizations.
