Al Qudra Lake

Al Qudra Lake consists of multiple interconnected water bodies positioned among the sand dunes of the Saih Al Salam Desert, forming an oasis in this dry landscape. The site was designed to offer space for various recreational activities and to draw people into the desert dunes near the city.

The lake was created as part of Dubai's push to develop sustainable tourism destinations in the Al Marmoom Desert Protection Reserve. The project transformed the dry desert terrain with water bodies while also protecting the natural environment from overuse.

A notable section of the complex is Love Lake, which features two connected heart-shaped water bodies. The shape is most visible from above or from special observation points on the ground, making this area a popular spot for photos.
