Estadio Huachipato-CAP Acero is a modern football stadium in Talcahuano with covered seating and a natural grass playing surface. It holds roughly 10,500 spectators in a rectangular configuration.

Construction began in July 2008 after the demolition of Estadio Las Higueras, the club's former ground, and the stadium opened in 2009. It was privately financed, unlike Chile's Bicentenario stadium network. The official inauguration on 4 November 2009 was a friendly between Chile and Paraguay, won 2-1 by Chile.

The club is owned by CAP, the steel company that runs the Huachipato plant, and the ground carries the company's name alongside the club's. The stadium was built with private money rather than as part of Chile's public Bicentenario stadium programme. Its four stands are named Pacífico, Andes, Norte and Sur.

The stadium has 300 parking spaces and 288 floodlights across six towers, producing 1,400 lux, above the FIFA requirement. Seating is divided into numbered and general sections in the Pacífico and Andes stands, plus north and south galleries. Twenty spaces are reserved for people with disabilities, and the press area holds 160.

Estadio Huachipato-CAP Acero was built on private initiative, unlike Chile's Bicentenario stadium network, and its 288 floodlights across six towers produce 1,400 lux, 200 more than FIFA requires. Naval played here until 2012 after the 2010 earthquake damaged Estadio El Morro.
