Museo de Cera de Las Condes

The museum exhibits 37 life-sized wax figures representing Chilean personalities from politics, sports, arts, literature, and entertainment within a colonial building.

The museum opened on July 23, 2019, in the renovated warehouses of the San Vicente Ferrer Church complex, which dates from 1809.

Chilean sculptor Rómulo Aramburú created representations of national figures including Gabriela Mistral, Pablo Neruda, and numerous political leaders through extensive research.

Located next to Centro Artesanal Pueblito Los Dominicos, the museum incorporates interactive tablets, directed audio, and digital projections to enhance visitor experience.

Each wax figure undergoes precise measurements, expression studies, and historical documentation before creation, ensuring accurate representation of Chilean personalities.
