The museum's collection includes 65,000 ceramic pieces from Chavín, Nazca, Moche, and Inca cultures, along with 32,000 pre-Columbian textiles and metallurgical items.
Visitors can explore 30 exhibition rooms featuring archaeological pieces, including the Raimondi Stela, while the museum undergoes partial restoration work.
The facility maintains a collection of 2,000 ancient musical instruments and human remains dating back to 10,000 BC, stored in specialized preservation units.
