Torres El Mirador de Puerto Madero, Residential complex in Puerto Madero, Argentina
Torres El Mirador consists of three connected 25-story towers with a total covered area of 32,000 square meters in Buenos Aires waterfront district.
The construction of these residential towers between 2004 and 2006 marked a significant phase in Puerto Madero's transformation from industrial docks to urban space.
The architectural design by Urgell-Penedo-Urgell studio reflects the modernization of Buenos Aires through structural elements and contemporary residential patterns.
The complex includes 170 apartments, 200 parking spaces, heated swimming pool, gym, saunas, golf cage, and a 3,000-square-meter park for residents.
From their 88-meter height, the three connected towers provide views across both the Rio de la Plata waters and the Buenos Aires cityscape.
