Torres River View, Residential building in Puerto Madero, Argentina

Torres River View is a residential complex at Avenida Juana Manso 740 in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, opened in March 2003. It consists of two 30-storey towers in international style, with a total surface of 43,000 m² used exclusively for housing. The developer was Andean Asset Management and the architecture firm Estudio Camps y Tiscornia.

The project was inaugurated in 2003 and marked a turning point in Puerto Madero's transformation from an industrial port into a modern urban district. This shift shaped the city's development trajectory in the following decades.

The building embodies the international architectural style that defines the renewed Puerto Madero neighborhood, designed by Estudio Camps y Tiscornia. Its modern facade reflects how this former port area has transformed into a contemporary residential district.

The complex is located on Avenida Juana Manso and is well integrated into Puerto Madero's infrastructure. Keep in mind that this is a private residential building where public access may be limited.

Among the residents of the two towers are former vice president Amado Boudou and former president Alberto Fernández; the former deputy Gerardo Ingaramo also lived there until his death during his term. The complex was developed by Andean Asset Management and designed by Estudio Camps y Tiscornia.
