Torres River View

Torres River View consists of two residential towers reaching 100 meters in height with glass facades positioned along the Rio de la Plata waterfront. The complex spans 30 floors connected by 12 elevators and covers approximately 43,000 square meters of living space.

The project was inaugurated in 2003 and marked a turning point in Puerto Madero's transformation from an industrial port into a modern urban district. This shift shaped the city's development trajectory in the following decades.

The building embodies the international architectural style that defines the renewed Puerto Madero neighborhood, designed by Estudio Camps y Tiscornia. Its modern facade reflects how this former port area has transformed into a contemporary residential district.

The complex is located on Avenida Juana Manso and is well integrated into Puerto Madero's infrastructure. Keep in mind that this is a private residential building where public access may be limited.

The building gained attention for housing prominent political figures and has become a symbol of upscale living in this renewed waterfront area. Its direct river views make it a sought-after location for affluent residents.
