Torres del Yacht consists of two 44-story towers with glass facades overlooking the Rio de la Plata and Buenos Aires cityscape.
MSGSSV Studio completed the construction of these residential towers in 2010, marking a period of architectural transformation in Puerto Madero district.
The towers represent the evolution of Buenos Aires urban landscape, combining residential spaces with commercial areas in the revitalized port district.
The complex includes three underground parking levels, heated swimming pools, multipurpose rooms, saunas, and a gym for residents.
Two dry plazas with trees situated at the first residential floor connect to arcades extending up to the seventh floor.
