Torre Madero Office

Torre Madero Office is a 140-meter-tall office building with 27 floors in Puerto Madero, rising above the city's waterfront. The structure features expansive glass walls that bring light into workspaces and offer views of the water, with 14 elevators and four underground parking levels serving the complex.

The building was completed in 2011 as part of the transformation of the Puerto Madero port district into a modern business center. This development marked a significant shift in which older port structures were replaced with contemporary office buildings.

The tower reflects the architectural vision of Mario Roberto Alvarez, who applied Argentine modernist principles to contemporary office design. The glass facade and open floor layouts show how the building shapes the way people work in the city today.

The location offers direct access to the waterfront and sits in an active business district with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. The area is well-served by public transportation and the ample parking makes visiting by car straightforward.

The rooftop features solar panels that generate heat for water warming, lowering daily energy needs. A sophisticated rainwater collection system gathers precipitation to significantly reduce the building's overall water consumption.
