The Torre Bouchard is a 30-story skyscraper in the financial district of Buenos Aires, located at Avenida Bouchard. Its glass and steel facade rises approximately 110 meters, housing office spaces and corporate headquarters across around 36,000 square meters of interior area.
The building was completed in 1996 by architecture firm SEPRA during Argentina's economic transformation in the 1990s. It represents the wave of modern office tower development that reshaped the city's financial core during that period.
The building houses multiple international corporations, including The Boston Consulting Group and the World Bank's Argentina offices, shaping local business practices.
