Edificio Telecom

The Telecom building features two connected sections, with the northern part displaying curved facades and vertical aluminum profiles, while the southern section incorporates horizontal elements.

Opening in 1998, this structure marked the beginning of modern office construction in Puerto Madero, transforming the former commercial port area of Buenos Aires.

The building entrance welcomes visitors through a granite-tiled plaza with a fountain, leading to a lobby decorated with wooden panels and sandblasted glass geometrical patterns.

The fifteen-floor building contains six elevators and houses multiple corporate offices arranged around central corridors separated by mahogany and frosted glass partitions.

The structure stands as one of Argentina's first tall buildings to use steel as its primary construction material, setting new standards for commercial architecture.
