The Bouchard Plaza building rises 110 meters into the Buenos Aires skyline with its postmodern architectural design and glass facade spanning 26 floors.
The location previously housed La Nación newspaper printing facilities from 1969 until the construction of the current tower began in 2000.
The building represents the transformation of Buenos Aires business district, combining international corporate architecture with local entrepreneurial development.
The structure contains 65,000 square meters of office space, accommodating major companies including Price Waterhouse Coopers and The Boston Consulting Group.
The construction process involved building steel columns around the existing structure, allowing the previous building to remain operational during development.
