Bouchard Plaza

Bouchard Plaza is a 26-story office tower rising approximately 110 meters with a glass and steel postmodern facade that stands out in the San Nicolás district. The building contains about 65,000 square meters of office space divided among multiple floors for various companies.

The site previously held the printing facility of the newspaper La Nación starting in 1969 before construction of the current tower began in 2000. This shift marked the move from industrial operations to corporate office development in the district.

The building reflects how Buenos Aires transformed into a modern business hub by hosting both multinational corporations and Argentine companies in the same spaces. You can observe this blend by watching the different groups of professionals moving through the lobby and floors.

The building has multiple entrances on Bouchard street and is easily accessible by public transportation from the neighborhood. The structure includes elevators and climate-controlled corridors that make reaching upper floors straightforward.

During construction, the old printing facility continued operating while steel columns were built around the existing structure to support the new tower. This unusual building technique allowed the previous operation to remain active without interruption during development.
