Saltos del Monday, Nature reserve and waterfall in Presidente Franco District, Paraguay.

The Monday Falls cascade down 45 meters in three main drops, stretching 120 meters wide along the Monday River in eastern Paraguay.

The falls served as a significant stopping point for pre-Hispanic Guarani communities who traveled through the region before European colonization.

The name Monday originates from the Guarani language, meaning 'robbed river', reflecting the indigenous peoples' connection to this natural formation.

Visitors can access multiple viewing platforms throughout the park while the Escuela Deportiva Raider Guaraní organizes adventure sports activities.

The municipal park contains one of the final remaining sections of Alto Paraná Atlantic forest on the western side of the Paraná River.
