Farroupilha Park, Urban park in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

The Farroupilha Park spans 40 hectares between José Bonifácio, João Pessoa, Luiz Englert, Setembrina, and Osvaldo Aranha Avenues in central Porto Alegre.

Paulo José da Silva Gama donated the land to Porto Alegre in 1807, initially serving as a cattle field before its transformation into a park in 1935.

The Brique da Redenção market fills the park every Sunday with artisans, antique dealers, and local residents sharing traditional mate tea.

The park contains an auditorium, paddle boat rentals on the lake, children's playground equipment, and multiple gardens featuring various tree species.

The park holds approximately 10,000 trees including California palms, jacaranda, and ipê-roxo, creating a natural refuge in the city center.
