The building, completed in 2000, stands on the former grounds of São Luís College, which was established in 1918 on Paulista Avenue.
The structure represents the evolution of São Paulo's business district, incorporating Brazilian granite in its 6-meter-high entrance hall.
Each floor offers 1,820 square meters of modular space that can be divided into two 915-square-meter sections or four smaller units for different tenants.
The building features 17 high-speed elevators moving at 4 meters per second and a helipad capable of supporting aircraft up to five tons.
