The Basilica of the Good Lord Jesus is a Catholic church in Tremembé, São Paulo, begun in 1672 as a chapel on Manoel da Costa Cabral's farm and enlarged in 1795. Inside, the image of the Good Lord Jesus is a wooden carving 196 cm tall and weighing 50 kg, kept in the church since its opening.

A landowner named Manoel da Costa Cabral established the church in 1672 after receiving permission from the Rio de Janeiro Ecclesiastical Chamber to build on his property. The founding was linked to the early settlement and religious development of the region.

The basilica houses a wooden statue of the Good Lord Jesus that remains the focus of local devotion and prayer. Visitors can see the detailed carving and craftsmanship that makes this representation central to the community's spiritual life.

The basilica is open daily for visitors and holds services at regular times throughout the week. Guests should expect traditional opening hours and should be respectful of worship activities when visiting.

The venerated image is a wooden carving of Jesus weighing 50 kilograms and standing 196 centimetres tall. Legend says an elderly man living on the banks of the Paraíba River carved it, then vanished, leaving it in his hut; when villagers removed it, a spring broke from the ground, creating the bica da água santa.
