Viaduto Paulo de Frontin

The Viaduto Paulo de Frontin is a railway bridge spanning about 82 meters in length and rising approximately 34 meters above the Santana River, constructed with a metal truss framework. The structure connects areas across the river valley and features the characteristic steel framework typical of its era.

This railway structure was built in 1897 as part of the Brazilian Improvements Railway and became part of the Central Railroad of Brazil in 1903. This transition marked a significant reorganization of the regional rail network.
