Carste de Lagoa Santa Environmental Protection Area

Carste de Lagoa Santa is a protected environmental area featuring limestone caves, underground rivers, and varied geological formations within the Cerrado biome. The landscape stretches across several municipalities north of Belo Horizonte, displaying characteristic karstic features.
