Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Guia is a Catholic church in Várzea Grande, Mato Grosso, built in 1892 near the former military camp that gave rise to the city. It was started by Elesbão Pinto and completed by Sebastião dos Anjos, and is dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Guia, the town's patron saint. The building was listed as municipal heritage in 1998 and underwent a major renovation from 2003 to March 2004.

Built in 1892, the church was started by Elesbão Pinto and completed by Sebastião dos Anjos, 25 years after the district of Várzea Grande was founded. It was the first church raised in the settlement, near the old military camp that gave rise to the city, and was dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Guia, then the village's patron saint. It was listed as municipal heritage in 1998, and a deep structural renovation ran from 2003 to March 2004.

The Festa de Nossa Senhora da Guia, held in her honour as patron saint of Várzea Grande, is the city's longest and most popular religious festival, running about nine months with visits by the festeiros. A procession reaches the church for a Mass and the traditional tea with cake, attended by festeiros, devotees and authorities.
