Pinho Mansion

Commander Antonio Jose de Pinho commissioned this residence in 1897 during Belém's rubber boom period, when the city enjoyed significant economic growth. The building's construction reflects the wealth and optimism of that prosperous era in the Amazon region.

The mansion served as a social hub for important gatherings until 1930, reflecting how Belém's wealthy residents lived during that period. You can see how the spaces were designed to host public and private events that shaped the city's society.
