Menara Jakarta at Kemayoran, Mixed-use development complex in Kemayoran, Indonesia
Menara Jakarta at Kemayoran is a large complex with six towers designed for mixed use, containing residences, hotel rooms, and office spaces spread across the buildings. The structures rise to about 280 meters and anchor a section of the Jakarta skyline near the exhibition center.
Construction of Menara Jakarta began in 2016 on land that had been set aside for an earlier Jakarta Tower project during the 2000s. That earlier plan never came to completion, making way for the current mixed-use development.
The development integrates modern Indonesian architectural elements with international design standards, incorporating both residential and commercial spaces in Central Jakarta.
The complex sits right next to the JIEXPO exhibition center and features a shopping mall with fashion boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment spaces. The area is straightforward to navigate and well-connected by public transportation.
Three of the towers connect through gardens designed at different levels within the buildings, offering green spaces throughout the complex. The Fortune Tower holds a 360-degree observation platform that provides views across the entire city.
