Cepu

Cepu is an administrative district in Blora Regency, Central Java, spanning multiple villages and housing key regional administrative centers and transportation hubs. The area sits at approximately 35 meters above sea level and functions as a regional hub for commerce and movement.

The district grew into an important center for timber production and oil refining during the Dutch East Indies period. These industries shaped the area's economic development and physical character throughout the following decades.
