Wonderland Sydney was an amusement park divided into three themed zones named Goldrush, Medieval Faire, and Hanna-Barbera Land, each connected by pathways and entertainment areas. The site housed rides, shows, and wildlife exhibits spread across the grounds.
The park opened in December 1985 as the largest amusement park in the southern hemisphere and ran continuously for nearly two decades. Operations ended in April 2004 after years of visitor activity.

The Bush Beast was a wooden roller coaster featuring steep drops and high-speed turns, standing as Australia's largest wooden ride structure. This attraction drew thrill-seekers who wanted an intense experience on the tracks.
