Estadio Francisco Zarco is a football stadium in Durango with a natural grass playing surface and capacity for about 18,000 spectators. The concrete grandstands and terraces are arranged around the field.

Construction began under governor Enrique Torres Sánchez in the Ciudad Deportiva, after the frontones and the Francisco Villa baseball stadium. The ground was never formally inaugurated because planned works were left undone, but the first football match was played on 24 November 1957. The Alacranes de Durango won titles there in Invierno 1998, Verano 1999 and Clausura 2013.

The Alacranes de Durango, nicknamed "Albiverdes" for their green-and-white colours, have won three titles at the stadium: the Invierno 1998 final against Marte (1-0 aggregate), the Verano 1999 final, when they overturned a 2-0 deficit to beat Potros Marte 4-1 for a 4-3 aggregate and the bicampeonato, and the Clausura 2013 final of the Liga de Nuevos Talentos against Pioneros de Cancún, 3-1 on aggregate.

The stadium sits in the Ciudad Deportiva on Avenida Universidad, beside the Francisco Villa baseball stadium and the Ángel Carita Medina softball stadium. It has a large parking lot and open sports courts of earth and cement outside. Inside, the covered section and the boxes sit above the grandstands divided into sections.

Multiple football clubs share this venue, including Alacranes de Durango and Dorados de Villa, making it a shared home for different teams. This arrangement reflects how it functions as a regional sports hub for the state.
