Wildlife World Zoo

Wildlife World Zoo is a facility in Litchfield Park housing more than 600 animal species, from big cats and primates to reptiles and marine creatures. The grounds are organized into different zones designed to showcase habitats from various regions around the world.

The facility was founded in 1984 and has grown from a modest animal park into one of the largest animal collections in Arizona. Over the decades, new sections were steadily added and the offerings expanded.

The facility maintains partnerships with the Zoological Association of America and Alliance of Marine Parks, supporting conservation programs for endangered species.

The zoo is open daily and offers guided tours, animal encounters, and educational programs. Visitors will find dining options on-site and should wear comfortable shoes, as there is a lot of walking involved.

Guests can observe marine life through underwater tunnels, while a safari section allows close-up views of African animals in more natural conditions. This combination of aquatic and terrestrial habitats is unusual compared to many other zoos in the region.
