Oceanic 2000 is a residential high-rise in Acapulco with 33 floors that stands out for its large glass windows and modern facade. The structure offers extensive views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding coastal landscape from upper levels.

The high-rise was built between 1992 and 1994, marking a turning point in Acapulco's urban growth toward modern tower construction. This period shaped the city's skyline and showed Acapulco's expansion as a popular coastal destination.

The tower's name and its position on Avenida Costera Miguel Alemán, Acapulco's main tourist artery, tie it to the port's hotel strip. Its lower floors hold a hotel and a ground-floor restaurant, so the building mixes short stays with permanent residents. The design came from the firm Procomex.

Oceanic 2000 stands at Avenida Costera Miguel Alemán #3111, on Acapulco's main coastal avenue, so it is reached by road along the bay rather than from the beach. The building is private housing with a hotel on the lower floors and a restaurant at street level; visitors use the hotel and restaurant areas, not the residential floors.

The building's 60 concrete-and-steel piles reach 40 metres down, anchoring it against earthquakes of magnitude 8 on the Richter scale. Its seven lifts run at 6.5 metres per second, and the design came from the firm Procomex.
