Torres Gemelas

Torres Gemelas are two high-rise buildings along the coast of Guerrero that combine residential apartments and commercial spaces. Both towers feature modern architecture and define the skyline of this coastal area.

The project emerged during a wave of urbanization along Mexican coasts in the late 1970s. This development introduced new forms of living and working arrangements to the region.

Each apartment was designed with special window arrangements that capture maximum natural light and unobstructed ocean views. These design principles were innovative features when completed and remain distinctive aspects of living here.
