Parque Mundo Aventura

Mundo Aventura is a recreation park with more than 40 mechanical rides and skill games spread across 13 hectares of land. Located at 2,557 meters above sea level, it includes different areas designed for visitors of various ages.

The Chamber of Commerce of Bogota established this recreation park in 1987 on the grounds of the former Techo Hippodrome. The site was transformed from a horse racing track into a public entertainment space.

The park hosts year-round concerts, festivals, and educational programs focused on environmental topics that draw people from the neighborhood. These events shape how locals spend their free time and gather as a community.

The park is located between Americas Avenue and First of May Avenue and is accessible by public transportation. Visitors should wear comfortable shoes since the grounds are hilly and situated at high elevation.

The park preserves a system of green spaces and natural elements in the middle of a densely developed neighborhood, allowing visitors to experience both rides and green corners. This combination of modern amusement and nature is rare in this area.
