Ciudad Empresarial Sarmiento Angulo is a business district of office towers in Salitre Oriental, Bogotá, laid out across three independent blocks. A central plaza 550 metres long and 20 to 24 metres wide runs through all three, linking building entrances and ground-floor restaurants, cafés, banks and services, and connecting on foot to the Gran Estación shopping centre and the Cundinamarca government building. Each block has about 4,000 m² of plaza, with three parking levels holding roughly 2,500 spaces beneath it.

The development began in 2007 under Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo's leadership, with the first tower opening in 2009 as the Avianca building. This initial phase marked the start of a larger expansion that would establish the area as a major business center.

The complex serves as a meeting point for business professionals and specialists from various sectors who interact in the modern conference facilities and auditorium. The spaces are designed specifically to foster collaboration among companies operating in the area.

The CCI tower was the first office building in Colombia to use eight gas microturbines, which generate its electricity and air conditioning. Its facade glass reduces light and heat, cutting the need for cooling equipment. The Argos towers received LEED precertification from the US Green Building Council in 2011.
