The buildings feature 3.2-meter-high interior spaces with technical flooring systems and dedicated power supply infrastructure designed for corporate operations.

The development began in 2007 under Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo's leadership, with the first tower opening in 2009 as the Avianca building. This initial phase marked the start of a larger expansion that would establish the area as a major business center.
