Plaza de toros Vicente Segura, Bullring in Pachuca, Mexico
The Vicente Segura bullring features a concrete structure with a 42-meter arena diameter and encompasses a total diameter of 92 meters.
Built in 1978 under the direction of Governor Javier Rojo Lugo, the arena takes its name from Vicente Segura, a local matador and revolutionary figure.
Spanish matadors Manuel Ruiz Manili, Curro Romero, and Antonio Chenel Antoñete performed at the arena during its first year of operation in 1979.
The circular concrete venue accommodates 10,000 spectators and hosts bullfighting events, concerts, and political gatherings throughout the year.
The arena suspended operations in 2009 due to declining attendance but reopened in 2010 under the management of Pasion Ganadera company.
